Francisco Javier Rivilla Lizano is a software engineer by training, with extensive experience in mission-critical and real-time systems for the rail transport sector. He currently serves as Director of Operations for Safety and Infrastructure Protection at Indra Mobility. Specialising in signalling, ERTMS/ETCS (European Rail Traffic Management System/European Train Control System), digitalisation and the management of critical infrastructure, he combines a strong technological background with broad experience in team leadership, the management of national and international programmes, and product development.
